Our adaptive probity approach respects the foundational principles of probity but acknowledges that it must also adapt to the environment of the project, including the sourcing principles such as value for money and reflecting the ethical values of your organisation. This pragmatic approach not only ensures a process high in integrity, but one that directly supports business outcomes.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Probity Principles consider fairness and transparency, while maintaining accountability through ethical behaviour. Ethics is the connection between sourcing and probity principles which ultimately upholds the sourcing process to the highest standards to ensure it can withstand scrutiny.
Probity Advisor
A Probity Advisor will provide independent and unbiased advice and assistance before and during the procurement process. A probity advisor ensures the procurement is ethical, transparent, and defensible. They help identify and manage conflicts of interest, advise on compliance with policies and support fair decision-making in real time.
A probity advisor helps you stay on track in real time.
Probity Auditor
A Probity Auditor is engaged after the procurement process is completed to review and verify whether probity principles were followed.
A probity auditor focuses on assurance after the fact and does this via documentation review and sometimes with stakeholder interviews. They are sometimes engaged if a complaint occurred.
A probity auditor validates afterwards if you stayed on track.

John is the founder of Juzz Consulting and is a procurement and probity leader with over 20 years’ experience in complex technical and commercial environments within Victoria.
John has successfully led large-scale programs for government clients including delivery of probity advisory services on sensitive and complex projects. This requires an understanding in all areas of the procurement lifecycle from sourcing strategies, evaluation and negotiations while seeking value for money outcomes.
John is committed to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering strong vendor relationships, effective stakeholder management and fair negotiation practices.

Elisabeth Lette - Queensland
Elisabeth Lette is the founder and Principal Director of EML Advisory based on Queensland and has 30 years' experience as a practitioner who draws on an expansive career which includes roles with large State government departments.
She brings practical, real-world experience having held senior roles in financial management, corporate services, risk management and governance, strategy and policy development, procurement and commercial delivery, consultancy and accountancy practice.
Elisabeth is known for her collaborative approach, strength in building partnerships and tailoring solutions to achieve value for her stakeholders.

Justin is a public sector procurement leader in South Australia and is the founder of ProbitySA with extensive experience leading the establishment and management of high value and complex procurement projects.
Justin effectively balances the competing priorities of public sector procurement including budget savings, industry participation, support for regional communities and ethical procurement.
Justin has also acted as a Probity Reviewer, assisting agencies in responding to supplier complaints and delivering probity training to evaluation teams. Justin also has a strong interest in corporate governance and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
